By using any Service, you consent to Tilde’s collection, use and/or disclosure of your personal information as described in this Policy. By allowing other people to use the Service via your account, you are confirming that you have the right to consent on their behalf to Tilde’s collection, use and disclosure of their personal information as described below.
Tilde reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the Policy and, in some cases (such as for material changes), we will provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our websites’ homepages or sending you a notification) and/or obtain your consent or the consent of a parent or legal guardian. MS Bot Framework
Our “Reizrēķina bots”, “Laura Bot” and “Tilde Meeting Assistant” are enabled by Microsoft Bot Framework. The Microsoft Bot Framework is a set of web-services that enable intelligent services and connections using conversation channels you authorize. As a service provider, Microsoft will transmit content you provide to our bot/service in order to enable the service. In addition, your interactions with this bot/service are also subject to the conversational channel’s applicable terms of use, privacy and data collection policies. Intellectual Property
The Tilde Service, and all information, data and other content and materials available on the Tilde Service, including, but not limited to, the Tilde logo and all designs, text, documents, graphics, software, sounds files, other files and the selection and arrangement thereof are the proprietary property of Tilde and its suppliers and licensors. Tilde and its suppliers and licensors reserve all right, title, and interest, including all intellectual property rights, in and to all such information, data, and other content and materials. Tilde and the Tilde logo are trademarks of Tilde, and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of Tilde.
What Information Do We Collect?
We collect information in various ways when the Service is being used, some information is automatically collected. For example, we may automatically collect certain information such as device model and name, operating system and version, the browser type, mobile network information, preferred language, time zone, and activity on the Service.
We may also automatically collect certain logistical information in server logs, including information about how various features of our service are used and information about the number, frequency and length of each session. We treat this information as personal information under this Policy if we use it to identify a user over time or across online services.
How Do We Use the Personal Information We Collect?
We use personal information collected through our Service for the purposes described in this Policy or as specifically described in the Service. For example, we may use personal information we collect:

All application data is stored in Microsoft Azure Cloud data centres located in the European Union.
Responsibility
Tilde shall not be held responsible or liable for any errors or mistakes in recognizing or transcribing speech utterances made by users of Tilde’s mobile apps and virtual assistants. This includes, but is not limited to, incorrect or erroneous recognition or transcription of named entities (persons, places, organizations, locations, etc.) spoken by users while utilizing Tilde’s mobile apps and virtual assistants.
Tilde shall not be held responsible or liable for the consequences of actions taken by users based on information provided by Tilde’s mobile apps and virtual assistants, even if such information is deemed incorrect or erroneous due to errors or mistakes in transcription or recognition of speech utterances made by the users.
Limitations
The Tildes Balss mobile app shall be available for a limited time period. Tilde reserves the right to terminate the availability of the mobile app at any time.
