You can:
- Develop solution architecture and implementation/integration (DevOps) processes in software and online service development projects.
- Maintain and develop local and cloud-based ICT infrastructures.
- Ensure that services meet the agreed SLA.
- Provide ICT infrastructure, software maintenance and data security.
- Train and support junior DevOps engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous professional growth of the team.
- Participate in the daily work organization of the DevOps engineer team.
- Define the overall DevOps technical direction in the organization and ensure its implementation in projects.
- Lead incident analysis and recovery scenario improvement at the organizational level.
- Provide technical support to developers and product teams.
To succeed, you'll need:
- At least 3 years of experience in solution implementation, leading a DevOps team, mentoring or setting technical direction.
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) – at least one deep experience.
- Practical experience with containerization and Kubernetes (cluster configuration, development, maintenance and versioning of HELM, resource management).
- In-depth knowledge of Linux systems and Windows Server administration.
- Experience with automation, scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell).
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
- Knowledge of network technologies – DNS, VPN, reverse proxies, load balancers.
- Ability to define and develop a long-term technical strategy for infrastructure and DevOps.
- Higher education in IT.
