You can:
- Plan and manage project implementation phases – develop plans, prioritize, organize resources and monitor their effective use to achieve project objectives
- Organize and improve development project management processes and documentation
- Inspire, coordinate and lead a professional, multidisciplinary team
In collaboration with the business development team, build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners - Ensure that projects are implemented according to the highest quality standards
To succeed, you'll need:
- Experience in IT development projects
Ability to use and combine project management methodologies, tools (e.g. SCRUM, Kanban, XP, TDD, Azur DevOps, Jira etc.) - Very good knowledge of English and Latvian
- Positive attitude and a sense of humour
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage time effectively
